Hawkeyes attacking their own

As much as I love hawk tears and this game, sucks seeing a player like Garza go out like that.

Yeah. I have no quarrel with Wieskamp and Garza -- great players, just wearing the wrong colors for me.

A shame they never had some real guards to play with this whole time.

I might never like Garza (again, wrong jersey), but you have to respect what he has accomplished and how hard he worked to make himself into no worse than the second-best college basketball player in the country.

A lot of their other guys, though... **** those whiny punks. This is what you get.

Yeah if this were JBo sobbing give me all the tearz

Andrew saying that Iowa gets bad matchups every time they are in the Tourney is funny. Oregon was not a bad matchup for them. Iowa is, or I should say was, a horrible matchup for just about every single team in the NCAA this year.

You will get bad matchups every time if your guard play stinks. As Iowa's has under Fran.

The NCAA tournament is about guards; has been for like 20 years at least. Fran recruits like its 1958.

How does Connor McCaffrey play so many minutes and avg 3 points per game. That has to infuriate the other guards on the team.

I get told all the time at work that he is a good fit for the system - great assist guy and never turns it over. They say CJ is better, but too turnover prone.
