Hawkeyes attacking their own

How does Connor McCaffrey play so many minutes and avg 3 points per game. That has to infuriate the other guards on the team.
I mean, their other options suck as well. You can go with Porkins or Touissant. Porkins is a total non-factor when on the floor. Touissant is the only player I've ever seen go full speed into the teeth of the defense, pick up his dribble, and trap himself into a double/triple team EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

******** about NCAA matchups is so dumb. Nobody has any control over their draw. Play the team in front of you
Agree...it's literally a tourney of all types of teams..to see who is best.

I mean, we had a run of losing to the eventual champs...not bad matchups. Its bad luck.

JT isn't the future for Iowa either. He has no handle and is out of control 90% of thee time. He showed flashes this year but that was mostly the change of pace factor when Connor or Bobo weren't on the floor.

And then talk ****.

Guy has his moments, but more often he's getting his team out of sync and making horrible turnovers. He's not a good fit for the system Fran tries to play. I actually think Perkins looks like a decent find for them.

Dude is the definition of an OC PG. Knows he's fast and tries to exploit that, but forgets the ball half the time. He's a nice guy to have to bring a spark off the bench because of hustle, intensity, and quickness, but outside of that when he has to be relied on it becomes apparent he cannot keep his head.
