With the NCAA supposedly taking more of a stance on medical forfeits impacting seeding, if Cstar medicals out of Big 10s, does he drop from the 1 seed?

Looking at this, and using Wrestlestat in place of coaching rank (I’m lazy), Starocci has one Tier 1 win and 2 (?) Tier 2 wins?

Starocci is a freak, generational talent, but his schedule has been garbage this year.
