Fantasy Football Advice thread

Trust me, that's not as outrageous as you think. I took Brady with my first pick and RGIII has outscored him 2 weeks in a row so guess who's starting this week?....yep, RGIII especially since it's the Redskins first home game and against the Bengals.

I have 2 questions for you fantasy guys.(My first season so I am still learning).

1. I have RG3 and Aaron Rodgers. Of course Rodgers is consistent so I have started him every game, but I believe RG3 has had more points each week. They were close in week 1 but Rodgers ****** it down his leg last week. Rodgers vs SEA or RG3 vs Cinci?

2. My TEs have been in the dumpster thru the first two weeks. Week 1 I had Dustin Keller and Fred Davis, neither of which did anything. In week 2 I dumped Keller and picked up Heath Miller who is consistent, but by no means a world beater. Should I start one of these two or hit up the FA lines? I think the best guys available in my league are Mercedes Lewis (9proj), Jermaine Grisham (9proj), and Scott Chandler (6proj).

My lineup (12 team league):

Brees
R. White
M. Austin
T. Richardson
R. Bush
C.J. Spiller
Gronk

Put up 160 points last week, that was fun!

I obviously don't expect them to keep completely dominating, but hopefully they keep getting me wins. Somewhat worried about Spiller's production once Jackson gets back. & will Bush & Richardson be able to be solid all year, or will injuries become a problem.

We'll see... I love fantasy football.

We're in a 10 team PPR league that rewards kick and punt returns as well so we put a little more emphasis on the drafting the returners (especially Sproles and Harvin).

I put up 192 points on my opponent with this lineup:

Brady
Welker
Harvin
Sproles
Spiller
Reggie Bush
Tony Gonzales
Saints kicker
Patriots defense

I just saw that one of the managers in our league dumped Aaron Hernandez and another just dumped Antonio Gates (yeah, newbies to the league this year). We bid on waiver wire players so I'm gonna go after Hernandez first to pair him up with Brady (I can wait out his injury as long as I have Gonzales) and Gates second. Also I had Fred Jackson and had to blow about half of my waiver wire money to handcuff Spiller to him so I'm set either way but I honestly expect spiller to get the majority of the work based on performance so far.

Thoughts for my #5 RB/WR flex spot - Hills KC or Benson GB? GB at tough Seattle defense, but Charles KC appears back and ready to take most of carries

charles will split carries today for sure. he is not 100%. hillis is a safe bet to get 15 carries +. should be able to get you some points.

2 different leagues

First one: PPR - injury bug big time this week

Boldin
Bush
McGahee

I'd have to take Boldin tonight or risk that one of the other two are healthy come Sunday. My only other option on Sunday, if I risk it, is Kendall Wright.

Second one:

Joe Flacco
Aaron Rodgers

and

Steve Smith
Malcolm Floyd

Probley sticking with Rodgers and hope that's a shoot out, as it should be. But he's been frustrating.

Not sure with Smith against Atlanta, Floyd has a better matchup.

Tough choice on the first - I'm not crazy about Boldin (see below), but with the injuries you might not have a choice
Rodgers - Ravens jump out early and stick with the ground attack so Flacco is limited
Smith - They're going to be playing from behind

Want to win your league? I'll just start posting my lineup every week. If one of my starters is in your lineup as well, bench him immediately. I'm like the anti-guru this year at 0-3. I've also scored the fewest points and had the most scored against, so not only am I losing but I am getting ******* destroyed on a weekly basis. Oh, and I'm starting Flacco and Torrey Smith tonight so if you have either of those players then you should probably sit them.
