Fantasy Football Advice thread

I grabbed Andre Brown when Bradshaw went down, which was a great move last week. Now I seem to have two guys where there isn't a clear number one. I'm definitley playing LeSean McCoy, but I'm not sure who to play in the other RB spot between Brown, Bradshaw and Stevan Ridley.

Ok, I've got one.

Larry Fitzgerald, Stevie Johnson, DeMaryius Thomas, Wes Welker, and Torrey Smith. Pick two

Michael Bush or Trent Richardson?
I have not been impressed with Richardson so far. His only quality game was against Cincinnati, but my grandma could run for 100 yards on Cincinnati this year. With Forte hurting, I'd play Bush.

I'd go Demaryius Thomas for sure then a toss up between Wes Welker & Steve Johnson, as they both are playing some weak secondaries.... (might not agree with the NE secondary being porous, but i sure think so)

the thing with Bush is, that there's no guarantee that the Bears won't just abandon the run. With Cutler at the helm, there's always that chance. trent is going to get his carries regardless.

really? I almost didn't list Demaryius, because it looks like Manning favors Decker. And no Larry? He's going against Miami. They have a terrible secondary.

if i'm not mistaken thomas has gotten around 30 targets although he's dropped a decent amount but Larry could be big aginst Miami but I don't think hes gotten nearly the targets, but not sure off the top of my head

Richardson is going to get his touches, but I'm not sure he can do much with them, especially in goal line situations against Baltimore. Full disclosure - I'm starting Richardson but only because I don't have a better option.

I hope Tice is learning that he can't put the game in Cutler's hands. Dallas has been good against the pass this year so if the Bears abandon the run they're headed for disaster. The Dallas offense hasn't been great this year so this should be a close game with lots of action for Bush, as long as Forte is out or limited.

ok, you've convinced me. Now I need to sit one of my running backs to make room. Adrian Peterson, Frank Gore, and MJD. Which two?

MJD is coming off a big week and they're home vs the bengals who have allowed like 150ish a game on the ground so i'd play him for sure... not too sure on the other guys I don't have either one of them so I havent followed them

Jets rush defense is 28th in the league, and Gore will have something to prove after a lackluster performance last week, imho. I think I'm gonna sit Peterson.

First time poster in this thread and im kinda in a pickle... both layers proj same points at 16.

Flacco vs brown or
Rivers vs Kansas city

Basically take Flacco who is playing good/great vs a ok D
or Rivers who is gonna want to bounce back after a 2 point performance and take advantage of poor KC pass D

Thanks in advance and im always wanting to spread the rep

I have a weekly issue at RB. I play in a 2-RB & 1-Flex system that is a PPR league. I have AP, Rice, Gore, & Michael Bush. This week is a good matchup for all of them. Just don't know who sits. Any advice out there?

ok, my turn (first, 10 team PPR league)

who to start at QB: Tom Brady or RGIII?

now for my RB situation:

definite starter: Sproles
injured: Spiller (likely out), Reggie Bush (questionable), Fred Jackson (might play)

Sproles will start for sure since we're in a PPR league. I also have Curtis Martin and will most likely start him in place of one of the injured RBs. If Bush or Jackson looks questionable should my flex be Jonathan Stewart or Daniel Thomas?

That's a tough one, but I think you'll be sitting ok with either. Flacco has been playing consistent, so there's that. I just think there's a good possibility the ravens get up & dish up a healthy dose of rice, which could limit Flacco's ceiling.

I don't think what happened to Rivers last week will continue, & like you said he should be looking for some redemption this week. I'd go with him.

Now for me - I think Flacco has had more fantasy points than Vick every week. Anybody think Vick might actually do something this week, or should I just keep the safe Flacco in?
