Bowie suspended

Someone said that Bowie was heated on the bench about something two games ago, and while I usually don't place much stock in that, his minutes the two succeeding games were very few. So there might have been something to that, and if he's having a poor attitude, it's what Coach Prohm has to do.

I feel like this could be a blessing. I haven't looked at any official stats, but I feel like Bowie has had a few games where he's played minutes and hasn't recorded a single point or rebound.

I look at it this way.
A) if Holden and Young are in foul trouble Burton likely is also so it really won't matter or...
B) Can Carter really be that much of a drop off?

Crap - I thought he was the March guest!

Kevin Jackson was originally listed. I only knew it was Prohm because I looked it up on the website to find the location and to see if they were still having Jackson be there.

Also, Kevin Jackson is now listed for the March lunch, but John Walters said they were going to have student-athletes TBA.

Something I never get, guys wanting to be taken seriously as athletes yet not being serious enough themselves to stay out of bars during the height of a season.
Again, it was a snapchat picture so he could've been behaving responsibly. Just seems like an odd coincidence. I do agree that if they are going out to bars they need to be responsible.

That's not Prohm's problem, that's the player's problem for not doing what is expected of them.

This is Prohm's team and he has expectations for his players.

I know Prohm catches flack for not yelling at the refs and such, but I bet in a closed practice he isn't afraid to get pissed. He just prefers to keep it out of the public.
Agree. So many fans assume the coach's "public" persona is the same as at practice or behind closed doors with his team. They have no idea.

Back-2-back years where there has been issues with players and coach. I fell like this is heading in the same direction as McDoormat years.

Were you saying that when the cops were getting called to Nader/BDJ's apartment every other night?

I am not thrilled with how things are going right now, and I have serious questions about Prohm's coaching, but this is just an idiotic statement. The man has standards and if you don't live up to them, you sit. I respect that and like what he has done from a discipline standpoint since he has been here.
