Big 12 Embarrassing

Would you say more or less embarrassing than losing to the #1 team by 20?

Thoughts on #3 team losing to #2 by 38 or #13 losing to #23 by 39? Embarrassing?

It's less embarrassing then losing by 20 to the #1 team for sure.

Michigan State and Iowa both got exposed.

My experience is that Sqwakeye fans feel the need to be concerned about anything Iowa State related.

Once again the Big 12 getting completely embarrassed this Bowl season. Year after year this seems to be the case.

And no this isn't a troll job, it's just annoying that it happens year after year. It gives little credibility to the conference. The most frustrating part is what's Iowa State's excuse for sucking so bad during conference play against teams that really aren't that good on a national level. As much as I couldn't stand Paul Rhoads being the coach there's no way he was solely to blame.

Checks in and, yes, thread is still embarrassing.

Big 12 is floating dangerously toward B1G status. Look at the Tech and OU games. The speed was not a huge difference. What was? Size. Tech looked like an FCS school in relative size compared to LSU. OU looked small compared to Clemson.

The recruiting has slacked in the Big 12 lately and that needs to change. I do not know if expanding into Florida or SEC territory helps that or not. Teams on the lower side need better development via S&C and just overall improvement.

The problem for OSU right now on offense is totally execution. They should have 28+ points right now, but they've just kicked themselves over and over. And if their offense was executing, I don't think they would look quite so bad on defense.

Ole Miss looks quite a bit smaller than OSU but they are fast and flying around. Their DB's are like a foot shorter than OSU receivers but they have no idea how to take advantage. The refs aren't helping anything either.

That #1 recruiting class Ole Miss pulled a few years back is quite evident, virtual home atmosphere for them as well. Not good for Okie St.

Perfect time to get ahead of the curve and develop a ball control power run team before the rest of the conference catches on. Stanford does it with higher academic standards.
