***Big 10 Thread***

Someone posted this exact graphic yesterday, IIRC. Try and come up with your own material, sport.

Triggered!! Just poking the troll and your "elite program" comment. Keep it up week #2 ban can't be far off.

Sounds kind of like a Nebraska football fan here. Congrats to your 7th ranked Iowa Hawkeye Wrestling Team!

Well the future at least looks OK. Having Lee, Kemerer, Marinelli and Warner they should be able to contend and get back to winning individual championships as well.

Honestly, what I've heard from hawk fans, wrestling ones, for a year or two is if iowa doesn't win a title next year or the one after, it's time to bounce the brands brothers.

Their seat will be getting warm that is for sure. But not sure who else they could get that would be any better right now. Their recruiting lately has picked up and that should help a ton.

Will be interesting to see St. John and Metcalf's coaching progress in the next few years.

Pretty big assumption at this point. They have lost 5 of 6. If they get beat by KSU then they probably won't be ranked.
Nothing like playing the KenPom #13, #8, #35, #21, #28, all in a row, then playing in one of the toughest road environments in CBB without your #2 player.

Heck getting #41 K-State at home probably feels like a break for them.

Brutal

I would guess Metcalf is who they are keeping an eye on. Hardline Hawks were clamoring that Mark Perry was this wrestling god who was the next big thing. Was supposed to be next coach at Illinois but is at Iowa now. Does iowa become Nebraska if they accept almost titles for a couple more years? With so few teams, there is a monster difference between top four and 8-9th place.
