This is such an ignorant opinion. You don’t point a gun at someone and pull the trigger, that’s just ridiculous. He belongs in prison for probably 3 to 5 years.

That’s my first thought. Trying to make a name for themselves. I don’t see any way he gets convicted of this.
Halyna was killed on Oct. 21, 2021 as Baldwin rehearsed with a .45 Colt revolver. The script required Baldwin to **** the gun. He claimed in a legal filing of his own that Halyna wanted him to practice the scene as indicated. Baldwin claimed he pulled back the hammer, but not far enough to actually **** the gun. When the actor let go of the hammer, the gun went off.
I find it odd that they don't have replicas that only use caps like toys or something then add sound later like they do for all sorts of things.
Yeah, and maybe that’s why the prosecutors phrased their statement they way they did? They said that there was sufficient evidence to charge him. I should hope so; if there wasn’t he couldn’t ethically be charged in the first place. I know there are rules on what prosecutors can say to the media, but I think they are allowed to say “evidence to support a conviction”The whole "didn't cooperate" thing they seem to be unhappy about could be looked at from the other direction as "he did the smart thing anytime the police are involved and lawyered up".
It took me a second to realize what the censored word was
If this is true, he should never have had a gun in his hands in the first place. That is complete stupidity to think that if I pull the hammer halfway and let it go that it won’t fire the gun
Have you seen movies? You don’t point a gun at someone and pull the trigger, that’s just ridiculous. He belongs in prison for probably 3 to 5 years.
It shouldn't be.
So every time any individual any actor is involved in filming a scene involving any level of danger (guns, stunts, knives, cars etc) the actor is held criminally responsible if something goes wrong?I think the "experts" and the actor are both responsible.
Have you seen movies?
I actually don't know anything about his politics. I suppose I could assume based on his occupation. My assessment is based on his off-set behavior. You know, beating people up and stuff.I think most people's opinions of him are probably based politically and I say that as in no right/wrong and 100% not trying to cave this thread.
I know others probably think that as well but maybe don't want to say/unsure how to tread on it.
Agree, I don’t care what his politics are, he comes across as a complete jackwagon and POS in what has been in the media about him.I actually don't know anything about his politics. I'm guessing most future prop guns will be green and they'll CGI in what they want.
Unfortunately that isn't illegalAgree, I don’t care what his politics are, he comes across as a complete jackwagon and POS in what has been in the media about him.
I doubt that. This is not the first on set death involving a gun and a screw up.I actually don't know anything about his politics. I suppose I could assume based on his occupation. My assessment is based on his off-set behavior. You know, beating people up and stuff.
