I have a 2010 F150 5.4 4x4 King Ranch. I test drove both Chevy and Ford. My brother had a '10 Silverado w/ computer problems, that left him stranded, and several warranty trips. But mostly, I bought it due to liking the interior details & rear cab room on the Ford better, and the general up trend on Ford reliability. So far w/ 9000 miles no warranty claims or issues. Its quiet and roomy w/ the super crew -great on trips. Transmission/shifting could be more responsive, seems sluggish at times - could be software for fuel economy. Ride over bumps could be better, its jittery at times. I am not a fan of the cruise control buttons. I kind of want my '04 Tundra back due to the slightly smaller dimensions in the garage, but access rear cab was too small for kids. Ford was hard to pass up also for the $9500 discounts right off the top, compared to starting higher w/ chevy/gmc and higher yet w/ Tundra.
