Cheering for Liepold because that is the most hilarious outcome.

Well, I was at the OU Bosworth/Keith Jackson game, KU collapse in 93?, Seneca "not being in", Seneca's loss to UCONN!!. Larry's last ISU game, the Iowa NIT loss, 0-10-1, ISU losing to Mizzou and KU instead of clinching the North, the missed 2 pt conversion against Nebraska, The Alabama Indepencence Bowl, Tinsley's Baylor loss in KC, Courtside seats for the McDermott years, and the banked 3 overtime game at KU. So I was there for a lot of bad.
I also was there for 19-10 vs. Nebraska, Seneca's "The Run", Both of the games where Troy Davis went over 2000 yards, ISU's first 2 bowl game wins, Cael's last match in Ames, Fizer and Tinsley winning the Big 12 in Kuemper, ISU women winning the same year in Memorial Coliseum, The win over undefeated Okie State, The win over Okie State Hoiberg's Freshman year, The Rahshon Clark dunk vs. Virginia, and ISU's upset of Texas in basketball where the crowd made the floor shake again on free throws. So I've seen a lot of good, too.
Fans are allowed to have different opinions and tire of certain coaches and their styles. I hate CMC's public comments and how he gets routinely outcoached on gameday and still can't perform a 2 minute drill.
He wasted the 2021 year, and we have already seen his ceiling, which I doubt he ever again matches due to his turtling up in big games.
He is almost always unprepared for bowl games, and his timeout usage is appalling.
I'm fine with rolling the dice, simply because I'm sick of CMC's act, and that of his apologists.
Those words appear to have been carefully chosen. Diplomatic, technically no lies. Sounds like he is leaving.

Does it? UW's classes already started for the quarter, and those "Rock Chalk" words don't sound like they're geared towards Washington.
It’s all part of the negotiations with both KU and UW. Until I see “I’m not a candidate for the Washington job”, I’ll wait and see.
I like the over reaction, rumors, lies, and flat out craziness of free.
The best part about this link, is there is no mention of Liepold or Kansas within the last 4 days. So this “expected to remain at KU” may not mean much
