I read an article a few minutes ago in the Athletic talking about Alabama, and as one reporter stated, "the Alabama NIL is second to none." How much did NIL help aTm the past couple of years, hell Tennessee paid 8 million to get their QB of the future and he played one game. All the bluebloods are going to have NIL money, it's not going to affect them at all.I'm not saying they didn't have good years but they weren't dominant, that's the difference. NIL has completely leveled the playing field for certain teams.
I would say winning a national championship is dominant, they just did not do it year after year. The game is changing the only team that has a chance to do what Alabama did under Saban in the near future is Georgia, outside of them, no one else can.
