F*CK IOWA

If only the refs wouldn't have given Michigan the ball on that "so-called fumble" Iowa would have had a chance. That was the turning point of the game right there.

I don't really need a jimlad, do I?
Without that call Iowa would have definitely covered the spread.

Well KF, it is only fair you have your struggles because the rest of CFB world is struggling watching the absolutely miserable offensive product you consistently put on the field.

Michigan played this game exactly the way play Iowa - they were patient, didn't make a single mistake on Offense and let Iowa **** themselves on offense.

I would be cranky if I were KF as well as this is his last CCG and frankly the last time Iowa Football will get any national attention under his leadership.
The only time I watch them is when we play them. FSU game was awful, so after a few minutes of that, decided I really didn’t need any of it. Really only CCG that were fun to watch were the PAC and SEC. RIP PAC. Sorry ESPN and company destroyed your conference when trying to kill ours. I wish the money they get for Washington making the playoffs could just be split by the remaining two as a sorry for effing you over gift, but pretty sure that’s not how it works.

I can tell you haven’t watched them.
I caught two of their games, last night and vs Ohio State last weekend, just because they are a run first team does not mean that they cannot have an explosive offense, when you are 13th in the country in points scored playing in a power league, you have a great offense. No, it's not LSU or Oregon, but that is a hell of a lot of points to score for what you are saying is a poor to average offense.

Doesn't think it's possible for the elbow to go before the hand????? That explains their crappy QB play. You know the old saying you throw like a girl. It's generally due to those who don't snap their arms, which means the forearm is going back while the elbow is going forward. Kirk has no understanding of basic throwing does he? We learned this stuff in third grade I believe.

Hawk fans busting their chests out in punting, defense, and special teams play, yet the 84 yard punt return against them wasn’t the turning point. The Hill fumble sure was though. Hawk fans are so delusional!

If the call was made at the Michigan 7 yard line with Iowa driving, yes I can see the complaining. Iowa’s offense had no momentum the whole game, so to say it changed things, is totally absurd! Hawk fans gonna keep complaining.

"Lights out???" They gave up 26 points to a team that knew they only needed 10 to win and definitely did not open up the playbook..
Yeah, did Michigan not throw a single pass downfield all season? I think the longest throw last night was 10 yards.

Per Hlas, hok fans are just relieved that they didn’t get ‘embarrassed’ again.

The nail in the coffin for the Hawkeyes was when they got the shanked punt at the 35-40 yardline and then fumbled it away.

All of this is changing next year and will be just what ISU fans want. Iowa playing in one of the P2 conferences will definitely make Iowa's schedule tougher. And ISU playing in the new Big 12 will make their schedule much easier.

And I feel bad for some of you and would suggest getting new Hawk friends. Every friend or family that I have knows the Big 10 West is bad, thinks that Iowa will get beaten badly tomorrow, knows that Iowa's offense is broken, and thinks that nothing will really change with the offense as long as KF is coaching.

Is basketball P1 or is the big east good enough to call it P2 along with Big 12?

So you didn’t watch the game.
I watched the entire game. Iowa’s defense played well; however, they didn’t have many three and outs and didn’t force any turnovers. This allowed Michigan to beat Iowa at their own game: play field position and capitalize on other teams mistakes. Iowa had one… yes ONE… drive where they had more than one first down on offense.

To suggest Iowa’s defense played well to give the team a chance at winning really isn’t accurate as Iowa really was never in serious threat to put up points (yes… I’m aware of the shank punt by Michigan in the first half, but it still would had been a long field goal attempt). The game was never close, even if the score made it look close at halftime
