Asking again: Has the rot started to set in?

Has the rot started to creep in?

Wow, amazing how dense some of you are. PLEASE PUT ME ON IGNORE. Obviously you feel they were playing not to lose by choice.

I understand your stupidity based on your youth. Literally, word that adds no value to a sentence but makes you feel smarter.
Lol you ok? I didn't realize you were posting on a message board and didn't want anyone to respond. Not sure what in my post set you off

Also I'm having a good laugh at "I understand your stupidity based on your youth." . That is good stuff.

Joefrog fired CMC in his world. Good example why you never put clowns in charge of making decisions. Lots of noise. Knee jerk reactions. Complete idiot.
Knee jerk reaction? 2021 and 2022, the gambling issue, and the first 3 games of this season were looking pretty bad.

I'd personally be glad to see ISU doing well instead of the incessant name-calling, but then again I live a pleasant, enjoyable, and full life.

ISU sports are simply entertainment, I don't get personally offended by the opinions of others.

Some people take sports personally. Like they can't take the possible ridicule if their team loses. I've been a fan since the early 90s. You can't kill me.

For those still flogging, many of us are thrilled that CMC made the necessary adjustments to philosophy and coaching.

Things looked not just bleak, but ridiculous during the time this poll was started. ISU was being predictable and boring, especially on the offensive side of the ball.

Someone mentioned "hot seat" and that seemed to light a fire under Campbell. Not a lot different than those on here that could see the obvious problems, and lack of addressing them, game after game.

I'm thrilled at whatever transformation occurred. Happy for the players, fans, and staff.

People are allowed to complain. That's what message boards are for, the good and the bad.

I hope things continue, there are still a lot of victories left on the schedule.
There were literally no wins left on the schedule according to you 4 weeks ago; absolutely zero wins left. Now after going 3-1 in that stretch there are “lots of wins left.” Pretty clear that you are now setting the stage for 6-6 or 7-5 to be a failure because “we left more wins out there.”

There are just a lot of people on here who need to have the wallpaper on their phone’s Lock Screen remind them they are not smarter than a professional coach…

For the first time in forever, starting next year, ISU will be on an equal footing with every school in the conference. No more will there be a Texas, OU, Nebraska or whomever that is only worried about themselves and their place in the football universe.
Sure, we are in the land of misfit toys, but we are all in this together, and no one school has a decided advantage over the rest of the league.
When I was looking at the Cincinnati board last night one stat brought that out, in their old league the Bearcats were something like 60-8 over the past 5 years or so, in the last 10 games they are 2-8. They are no longer the big fish in the small pond.

Maybe is time for ISU to be one of the bigger fish in our smaller pond we call home the B12. Many of us point out the EIU schedules year after year playing teams that are crap in the conference, I am looking forward to winning games even if it against crappy teams.

In the end no one asks who you beat, only how many you won!

If changes aren't made, we will be 1-11, and the rot will have set in and is now crawling up the walls.
I WAS WRONG WHEN I RANTED ABOUT US GOING 1-11.

It has been good to see our team members' growth, and It looks like we will have a bowl game in our future. At least, I hope so. Go Cyclones.

I'm afraid this will never be the case in the new NIL world. For example, every scholarship player on Utah's roster will now receive a new Dodge Ram pickup truck to drive around. How does Iowa State's We Will collective compete with that?
