he was stil my fav player all the years he was here
Yeah, he was the 2nd coming of Kenny Pratt. Not off the court though! :biggrin9gp: Tough down low. SJ was a favorite of mine too. Then to top it off, he joins the football team! Great guy.

Shouldn't Hornacek be one of the quaranteed spots because he has his number retired?
No love for Jake Sullivan. That guy did more with less than anybody who has ever worn an ISU uniform. Well, maybe him and hornacek
First time I watched Jake Sullivan play in person, he pulled up on a fast break and cranked one from just inside half court. I remember because his foot was on the "Hilton Coliseum" writing that went across the floor. The entire crowd groaned when he shot it and when the ball barely hit the net on the way through, I knew that guy was going to be a stud.
i remember he was a floor slapper on D.. dont see that 2 much any more

No way Sullivan should be on this list. He was on good teams and terrible teams. The only time he did anything good was when he was with Tinsley and he took all the pressure off. After that he thought he had to win the games and was terrible. Horrible at creating his own shot, but was determined to do it. terrible at D but always tried to guard the best player.
Don't get me wrong, great character and role model, but not all century material. There are just better players out there. Guys like Willoughby, Hornacek and Cato who carried the team to victories while being touted as "one of the best on the team" should get the recognition.
prob with cato is he didnt always give it his all...
No, I miss a guy like Ron Bayless, who would be another good write-in vote. Jacy was consistent and didn't turn the ball over though.
How about Lafester Rhodes he not only had probably the greastest game of any cyclone but also a great season that year.
Isn't he the one that robbed the Burger King?
