The Fran fade

The scary thing is, these instances of Fran vs the media have been tame compared to what we've seen from him in the past. How long until he actually comes unhinged?
I suspect we'll have another "cheating motherf***ing refs!" moment by the end of the month if things continue the way they're trending. Francon is building slowly right now, but it is building, and there will be an eruption.

Are the majority of Garza’s fouls offensive? From what little I have seen of him he elbows defenders to get closer to the bucket but is so slow on defense that he just kind of stands there being tall.
For him to get 2 early fouls called, they must have been very very obvious, or the officials were really good

I think he is actually pretty good for a homer.

Really?
Listen to him sometime. What is the score? Who has the ball? How much time is left?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Worse, he talks about stuff during live game play. He will be sharing some dumb stat like BoBo is 2 out of his last 3, meanwhile the other team has made a couple passes, taken a shot, got a rebound, and is resetting their offense. Just awful at PxP.

I see BC mentions football, which is just as bad.

Boy, if I were an Iowa fan it'd be a toss up on what I'm most mad about:

A) Sitting your NPOY for 13 minutes in the first half as the other team destroys the lead you've built;

B) Insisting on playing your kids major minutes when there are others better suited for their minutes;

C) Refusing to try to get an immediately eligible PG when the team is literally one playmaking PG away from being a Top 5 team;

D) Your coach turning into a raging ***hole the moment anything goes against him.

B, hands down. Just a big F-U to the fans AND his own players.

They should be....he throws them alot.

I appreciate how hard Garza works on the offensive end of the court but B1G officials have basically made him unguardable. They let him throw his weight around WAY too much and he hooks all the time. Every time he bagns into a defender the refs tend to either let it go or call it a defensive foul. They also let him leverage his size to gain position inside but as soon as a defender "leans" on him they call a foul.

Iowa drops 7 spots to #15.

Iowa's remaining schedule:

@ Michigan State
@ #21 Wisconsin
vs. Penn State
@ #4 Ohio State
@ #3 Michigan
vs. #21 Wisconsin

I watched the first half of yesterdays game with my big time hawk homer father in law. He was so disgusted with the way it played out that he refused to watch the 2nd half. You're talking about a guy that makes anytime anything Hawkeyes is on TV appointment television. Just straight up wouldn't watch the 2nd half, not even when it was tied late in the half. I was following on my phone giving him updates while we watched the Waste Management Open. He can't stand Fran and he can't stand Fran playing his garbage kids so much. He even hates Jorbo. I think the rose perfumed scent is wearing off this turd.

That Rutgers game is intriguing too. Rutgers has won 4 straight and CJ is likely out again Wednesday.

I'd be shocked if they lose this one. I see them hitting a bunch of 3s early and coasting.

However Rutgers should have beaten them earlier this year so who knows.
