Great way to start the season, and Osemele may be the missing piece on the O line, he played a great game tonight.
Somebody told me the frosty look was to make it harder to read his lips, not just condensation.
Time to take a look at bringing in someone like Prince Amukamara for the DB room and unfortunately look at bringing back Breeland Speaks for Okafor. Sneed held his own but if Ward is out a while we cannot go forward with Sneed as DB1 and Felton DB2.
If he can stay healthy he looks like he is going to make a huge impact if last night was any indication.
Yeah, hopefully Ward was just held out for precautionary reasons and will be good to go next week.
Also, love Edwards-Helaire. What a great pickup and he will only get better.

Preseason games are needed for the guys at the end of the roster trying to make football a career. Preseason is not needed for the starters.
Better news than I expected.
Only real weak spots I saw was Goal Line run blocking and the LB Corp.
I hated not watching that game.... Cyclones playing and the Chief's kicker went to my high school.... I've been following him since I saw him kick a 60+ FG as a HS sophomore ... I had to do a double take! But this season I'm not watching the NFL even though I have more reasons than every to watch...
Chiefs look poised to make another run this season if last night is any indication. That offense could be even better than last year with the additions of KO and Edwards-Helaire. Can you imagine just how more potent the deep ball game could be if the Chiefs are able to establish a running game like that and force the secondary to play up some to defend the run more?
