Maybe the Ravens/Lamar Jackson hype train will slow down a little now. What did he have, 53 yards passing or so about halfway through the 4th quarter? He was overrated last year and they're looking at another early postseason exit this year also.
He's a system quarterback. He's only effective if the running game is rolling. Most of the time it works, but the Chiefs defense played outstanding.
What no love for the lineman reception? That was pretty darn fun. Also the shovel pass to the fullback.
Chiefs were shut out in the 3rd quarter. Lost the ball on the fumble and they stopped us short on the 4th and one. If the offense is rolling, its nearly impossible to stop. It will be interesting to see next week how New England tries to play defense against the Chiefs. Before they took away Kelsey and Hill, not sure if that will work this time around.
When the Chiefs play their A game, they are unstoppable. And this was like a B+ with poor special teams and two turnovers (one on downs) in third quarter.
Plus, at one time, Chiefs were playing without top 3 cornerbacks until Ward came back. D will only get better.

Andy R was playing chess while John H. was still playing checkers. The ravens had no answer for anything KC did. This team is scary good when focused for the game.

The td catch by Eric Fisher was the first touchdown catch by a number one overall draft pick since Keyshawn Johnson.
Chiefs defense was healthier last night and it showed. Played really well. Crazy thing is that the Chiefs left points out there. Some absolute great play by Mahomes and some genius play designs out there as well by the Chiefs. Bring on the Patriots! This schedule is absolutely brutal but I guess that is what you get when you win the SB
Played with a big chip on their shoulder last night and it showed... Hopefully can keep up that same intensity for the next 3 weeks of season. A 4-0 stretch over these 4 games (yday and next three) would be huge as they likely have the 4 best teams in the AFC (maybe Pittsburgh belongs, but not sure yet)
The only way you stop this offense is an elite defensive line like the Chargers or 49ers. You have to be able to get pressure on Mahomes while only rushing four linemen. If you cannot get pressure with your linemen and you have blitz you're going to get beat. Baltimore blitzes more than any other team on 3rd down. Chiefs picked their 3rd down blitzes apart, converting 10 of 13.
Fortunate to get to the half with a lead. Don't like the feeling to this game at all thus far.
