So it is indeed a Hawkeye state? I’ve said all along every game is Iowa’s Super Bowl.
Nah. Beating ISU was a bigger deal than beating Ohio State last year according to your own coach

Long snapper that graduated last year so dont think he is breaking the no tweet rule.Iowa players breaking the no tweeting rule to tell everyone they don't care that much about the game this year. Lol

And Iowa players referring to it as just week 2.
Lol you really think this facet of how they put the same emphasis on each game has changed from the previous 5 years?... You’re struggling early today, sir.So he's not even part of the program or in the facilities? Lol great source for information

It’s be naive to believe that he’s changed every single facet... You better just take the rest of the day off buddy.Hasn't Kirk completely changed his philosophy over the years? Kirk 2.0 right?

Or I could just trust the Iowa beat writer who's actually in the football facilities and talking with the current players when he says they emphasize the game instead of some former player I've never heard of
(Crickets chirping in the background)Then why is he tweeting about it?
It's kind of like if, say, a bunch of Iowa fans came over to a rival's board, to argue with that rival's fans about really petty things, acting like it's not a rivalry, but also taking the time and energy to dig up and post things like tweets, players/coaches' quotes, etc. on that board to try to prove that it's not a big deal.
You don't think it is a big game? Weird, the ISU players are saying it is the Super Bowl.

I heard Knipel said that, which other players since you are using a plural statement?
One player said it was Iowa's Super Bowl yes and I agree with him. Just another non conference game for Iowa State
Why would a player tell the media that if it isn't the sentiment in the entire locker room and building for that matter?
Listen there is nothing wrong with that, it is a big game with an in state rival, he used the work "Super Bowl", which to me isn't a big deal. Both teams put emphasis on this game and at the same time it is still just one of 12 or in ISU's case 11 games.
You try to hard it seems. First only stats matter when looking at QB's, but rushing stats don't matter for RB. Now it is just another game, mum, ok.
Because that is what he thinks? maybe?. So, if one person says or does something, it means its indicative of the whole team. You have problems.
