According to CW, Wiggs really wants to be a pro, so how much could he expect to make in Europe if he went there this season? Because I don't see him being on an NBA roster, and in the G league you make about as much as bagging groceries. So I feel his only chance at making some decent money would be in Europe. What could he get over there?

Could be sure. Yep his measurables are what tell me he’s not getting drafted 1st rd. Now if he had true pg skills along with everything else then i could see him fringe of 1st rd..but my feeling is scouts see him as an undersized SG...So it could be hey go back to ISU and play pg and develop your pg skills or you are a undersized SG and are prob a 2nd round pick no matter what..Problem is I don’t really see a team drafting him this year in 2nd rd. It is a deep guard draft and there are always 3-4 international kids picked every year nobody expected. Seems like in interviews he’s always wanted to be 1st Nova Scotian drafted adn first one to make NBA.. I think we all hope his dreams are fulfilled at some point.

Once you go to Europe you rarely come back. Maybe not dead last, but teams have had season's am the time with one and done players. Fultz, Simmons, a plethora of UNLV players. Not too many teams (if any) finish in last place in their conference with a "one and done" player.
LW made a stretch decision to try for the NBA after 1 year. His skills are unpolished but he does have future potential. Now he seems to be in desperation mode. Past ISU players like Naz Thomas Niang Morris bled Cardinal and Gold and were all-in. LW appears to be all-out. I hope he comes back , but I don’t expect it at all. What he gave us last year is replaceable, but what he should give us this year is not.

If he goes pro, it doesn't mean he didn't bleed cardinal gold. He has a legit chance to set himself up for life. Every D1 player has NBA aspirations. If he has a chance to actually get there, no logical person could blame him for leaving.LW made a stretch decision to try for the NBA after 1 year.
