It's gonna be a long year

With a lot of ups and downs. Hopefully there are some ups.
This team is not as good as last years.
Nader is a bull in a China shop and wildly inconsistent.
Montes offensive game has been very disappointing.
When they try to feed the ball to McKay they turn it over or he turns it over trying to prove he has offensive game.

Final Four just went out the window. Conference Champions just went out the window. We really get angry with KU fans for not thinking we are on their level in basketball? IT IS BECAUSE WE ARE NOT!
 
McKay needs the ball high. He doesn't have very good hands so the little scoop passes at his knees to waist are just an automatic turnover.
 
I don't normally melt down during or right after games, but this is a terrible effort. We deserve to lose.

I agree re a Long Year............I knew when Fred left we might struggle, but this team absolutely has lost its confidence and MOJO.........................

I don't know what Prohm has done to this team but its just a Shadow of Last Years Team

Final Four isn't out the window, but this wasn't that caliber of a team to begin with.

People need to watch more basketball outside the Big 12.

Probably a 9-10ish loss (overall) season with an NCAA tourney bid. Win a couple there with some luck. That's a good year at ISU.

You must have forgotten about this same group getting blitzed by Baylor last year, losing at Tech and KSU due to the same deficiencies as this year.

Lots of talk from the players and fans, but really not that talented of a team.

I don't know about that. He lost Naz Long just a few games ago and needs to keep adjusting.

Oh and we lost at home to Baylor last year so yeah, it happens.
 
Not melting down, these are realistic expectations based on how we play against physical teams...

Lose vs Baylor, @ Baylor, vs WVU, @ WVU, @KU, @UT, @TAM, @TTU, either vs OU or vs KU
 
Very poor coaching effort. You have to let niang bring the ball up the court if they are gonna face guard him.
