To be clear, I never use the Oxford comma except in situations like the one I used above. Otherwise it'll be the pencil, pen and notebook.
Company competition going on today. Five teams at our site. So I've been busy grinding coffee beans and getting lunch set out/away, and walking around every so often to see how they are doing. Making sure they get tshirst.

The Oxford comma is when you put a comma before the "and" in a list of things.
If we're being honest, the only reason we still use the Oxford comma is because so many people don't know how to properly structure an english sentence.
