This is all reminding me of our AP style public affairs office battling with our Government Printing Office style writer editor over style rules. I am an okay business style writer but at work that was elevated to “good†based on a grading curve. Other than two of our lawyers most of the staff cannot write worth a damn. I pretty much expect everything here to suck when I read it and when it doesn’t I am all “Oooh, this wouldn’t actually embarrass me to have this seen outside the agency.â€
