If I had to guess I'd say it's because his value is more potential based at this point. Granted that potential is through the roof, he is far from a finished product at this point. Still strange that he only has 2 offers at this point.

I saw an Oregon reporter say he is for sure reclassifying to 2015 but I believe Oregon has 2 open scholarships right now. Will be interesting to follow.
Why would be be trying to reclassify then? It seems like it would be even harder if he was on shaky ground.

It would not surprise me if Diallo does qualify. We really don't know yet and the NCAA are slow *****.
Diallo seems like a toss up to me but while there are guys from school who haven't qualified there are also guys who have. I get the concerns about Yakwe but I wouldn't be so confident that he won't qualify like you were in your post.
Speaking of Diallo's status, Eubanks was just declared ineligible.

Interesting is it just me or does it seem like the NCAA has more strict rules than before? This being overall rules for college athletes. I think diallo will be cleared bc he is at KU but never know. Im just going to say this glad neither committed to ISU bc the NCAA has it out for cyclone athletics. Thus no question they would make them ineligible and probably fine us big time
So what your saying is if he commits to OU then Ceasers will reconsider interest in them and look elsewhere? If so I hope he does too but don't see it happening he is a huge Jonnies lean. Any breaking news on Gills-Ceaser?

Crazy talented player but the only shot of him leaving Arkansas is Kentucky & even that doesn't seem too likely
