bye bye Matt
Fred's not going to kick him off the team for this. You can recover from a DUI, but it certainly doesn't make it any easier for a kid like Thomas.

All things considered, at least it was about as good of a mug shot as mug shots can be. Honestly, couldn't care less.
You don't care that one of our players willfully broke a law that he has seen others on his own team break and be punished for? Bringing bad publicity to himself, his teammates, his coach and the fans, when it is such an easy thing to avoid?
Victory before honor. The "78" way...
Yeah because MT is going to lead us to victory against cupcake teams. Nice logic. Tons of kids screw up, it happens. At least he wasn't riding a moped.
No, because I'm going to start spouting off my opinion soon.
Lost some respect for Matt with this. He had the opportunity to watch and learn someone else on the team screw up just a few months prior and no doubt listen in on Fred's lecture to the team and then he goes out and does the same thing. Where do you have to drive when you're hammered in college??? I don't get it.
Hopefully, he was not with any teammates when he was drinking under age. Otherwise, the team may have a culture of drinking problem considering Nader's OWI.

19 years old. Does a lower blood alcohol limit apply to those under the age of 21 and driving? I thought it was .02% for those under 21.
If you are under 21, you can get a Zero Tolerance if you blow above. 02, but it turns to an OWI if you blow above .08. Zero Tolerance is not a crime that goes on your record.. You just lose your license for like 45 days.
