I love listening to Hawk fans that I know as they are constantly talking about how Iowa has been at the top and compare their program to Ohio State, Michigan, Miami, Nebraska and other big programs. The only ones that actually see them that way are Hawkeye fans. The Little 11 works well for them because they just have to play dinky programs at the beginning of the season and then enter weak Big 10 play. And yes it is weak as proven by their post season disasters in the games that count. (OSU)
Well here is another quote from that site "Iowa State (back when they had Seneca Wallace) thought they could walk on water, well you guys still suck and so do your fans." Looks like your fans can be ******** as well.

Many Iowa fans have an exaggerated opinion of where Iowa falls in the grand scheme of college football. I won't disagree with that. The team created that with 3 straight top ten finishes. The team created it again last year finishing strong and being within one play of winning every game.
The thread was started to show that Iowa has the worst fans or most classless fans and that just isn't the case.

Oh, I'm an *******, I've never denied it. But doesn't it hurt being as irrelevent as we are to everyone else? You may think the rest of the big 11 gives a rat's *** about you, but obviously, they don't.
No it doesn't hurt at all. As long as we beat them on Saturday I don't really care about the rest of the big ten and what they think.

Iowa does well in post season. If you want to judge based on post season alone I think the Pac 10 has the best conference over the past 5 years.

Yeah I agree. I have many friends and family that are Isu fans and have no problems with them at all. I was using that quote to show that Isu has some bad fans as well.
That was a reference on how overrated the Big 10/11 is but as we can all see that went flying way over your head.
Interesting you brought up the Pac 10 and their bowl record... Don't they play several bowl games each year against the Big 10/11? Don't look now but you are making his case for him.
