I just realized that the NCAA baseball and softball tournaments could have teams seeded 1-8 using the top 8 teams nationally as the one seeds. This would allow fans to know just by looking at the seeds when big upsets take place like in the basketball tournaments. The eight number 1 seeds would play the 4, 5 and 8 seeds in half of the first weekend's regionals (rgnls) while the 8 number 2 seeds would play the 3, 6 and 7 seeds in the other 1/2 of the first weekend's rgnls.

We just got back from Jamaica, where I tried curried goat for the first time. Not my favorite - tough and with soooo many bones. I love goat milk and cheese, but apparently not their meat.

Tik Tok has a new trend and it's videos showing that you can't quickly drink a 20 ounce Sprite without burping. There are a ton of videos that are pretty funny but a friend shared this with me today and I have watched this at least 25 times and am in tears laughing.

Cyclones with a real shot to get the #3, 4, 6 and 10 in-state players. #2 is going to MSU and #5, 7 and 9 going to Iowa. Iowa has offered #8, ISU has not.

I'd assume that's when BYU is going to aim to join as well but nothing on them officially yet

Apparently KU didn't hire him because of two reasons: he said he'd leave for Michigan and would listen to the NFL.

We had a meeting with one of our insurance carriers and they are seeing building costs close to $300/square foot. Wasn't that long ago it was under $200. They just paid $494K to rebuild a home (fire) that was insured for about $300K (with guaranteed replacement cost.) **** be crazy.
