Pollards strength is not in hiring coaches...hoiberg probably just catching lightning in a bottle. But at almost every other aspect of the job he is exactly what ISU needs.

No, you're not. Unfortunately, Pollard has been pretty good wth everything else so I'm not sure where that leaves us.
Well, except for soccer. Pollard fired the coach last year who tied for 4th in the conference. With our new coach, we finished last by ourselves this year and were the only Big 12 team not to make the conference tourney...No, you're not. I left at half this game for a good reason same with the baylor game and the NDSU game..... we suck.Coming from the guy that left a game with his buddies after the 1st qtr.

We are left hoping Pollard would put his pride aside and get a lot more help in making the hire. No, you're not. Unfortunately, Pollard has been pretty good wth everything else so I'm not sure where that leaves us.
Being in a power 5 conference and with the renovations and the support this fan base puts in even though we suck, jeez there has got to be an up n comer chomping at the bit to get this opportunity to showcase his abilities and then bolt the first chance he gets.
CPR has made the necessary change on the offensive side of the ball and thus, should get one more season (2015). If we don't get to 6 wins next season then I will expect a new HC for 2016.

I personally think Pollard is an elite AD, but Van De Velde is the one who hired Christy.Yeah...overall he's a complete failure at coaching hires.
Hoiberg's his greatest success. And then XC. And volleyball.
But thats absolutely it.
