Winter Weather 2/19- 2/20

From Cedar Rapids, no dice. HWY 30 2-lane west of CR is a nightmare even when perfect.

Took that route a couple weekends ago to avoid 380 and 80 W. It was a much better drive I imagine than the interstate. Simply fewer people doing dumb ****.

It's an all out cage match on our Facebook page because out graphic says 6 to 8 and somebody posted the NWS that says 8-10.

WHICH ONE IS RIGHT?! THIS IS WHY I NEVER COME HERE?!

2" is gonna be like a whole 0.14" liquid difference. Who cares? Obviously there's gonna be a huge difference on the roads if its 8.6 instead of 7.2 o_O

I know you probably can’t do this but if you made a graphic showing 1-2” winter storm warning cancelled it would be epic trolling.

WU daily accumulation reporting has been off it's meds lately. I've been having to go to the summary page to see the projected totals. On a related note, I just noticed they were calling for another 7" on Monday :)

Weather.com is calling for that too on Monday. Another game night. Hope they are wrong.

Ha. Can't do that.

If I really wanted to climb way out on a shaky limb I could dump it down to 3 to 5 and bank on the low level dry air we've got right now winning out.

Lotta snow aloft already appearing on radar, so I think we'll overcome the dry air well enough, but if I had to bet strictly either over/under and not the forecast, I'd lean under for the moment.

Can't we do those during the game? Every possession provides an opportunity, and jsb has a phone. She should be able to chime in.

Could be some value in it if they give Fred an introduction....the hate flowing for him getting more appreciation than Prohm would be outstanding.

Yes, because I start every hoiberg thread on here.
