Will the BIG10 Reverse Their Decision?

Hearing Iowa is all in for the modified six game division schedule followed by the BIG championship game. Playing...

- Nebraska
- Minnesota
- Wisconsin
- Northwestern
- Illinois
- Indiana

Woo-eee...now that is exciting. Three home games...three away.

That would be typical Iowa joke of a schedule: no Ohio State, no Michigan, no Michigan State, no Penn State.

I don’t understand how the B1G can walk this back - if it was too dangerous to play football today, what changes for having games in October?
They will say "new data & testing" will be the reason but I think it is mostly the Presidents just tired of the heat/pressure they have been getting.

Could be wrong but I think they are going to vote yes to play by mid-October tomorrow.

They made their decision and have reiterated twice that it wouldn’t be changing. They almost have to stay the course now or look even dumber.

Dude, our program changed course in 48 hours on having fans; professing it to be safe and then to not be. The Big Ten is obviously bowing to pressure just like ISU.

Yeah but it’s two polar opposite reversals. I just don’t see it happening.

I think as quickly as we (society) move on from this type of thing, they could pull out the 'we re-evaluated the process by which to have a game successfully after focusing on student health' card and people would hardly blink.

As a matter of fact I can see them going full clean slate and play it off like everyone else started too early and ride that one out to keep their 'prestige'.

It's stupid but would not surprise me at all.

All of Michigan State (University-not just FB) has to quarantine now for two weeks. This vote will be interesting.
Illinois has 80 football players in quarantine now. Apparently, the players hosted a huge party and a few positive cases were traced back to the party.

I thought they were voting yesterday? Why haven't they announced the results of that vote yet?

Or was this just more BS reporting and everyone bought it again just like the previous six times they were revolting?
