Winning isnt culture change. Winning is the culmination of culture change.

It is a process. First you need guys that can make plays physically, next you need guys that make plays mentally, and finally you need guys that can make plays when you absolutely have to. ISU hasn't figured that last part out, but honestly, when Campbell came here two years ago ISU was just physically outmatched in most games.
