Which programs will be knocking on Mr. Rhoads door?

Auburn has to be somehwat skepticl of this decision. I think a coach that was not previously on staff needs to be given three years. He will be given that and then booted. Honestly, I don't think Rhoads will ever leave for another job. If he does, I will never believe anything again.

I really think he is happy where he is. His family means a lot to him and being close to them is worth a lot.

I think CPR has wanted this job for a long time now. I'm willing to bet he was heartbroken when McCarney left and we hired whats his face.

Ya he is here till he is done coaching, might get some entertaining offers, but Pollard screwed up once he won't do it again, he will throw the $$ when need be. Ferentz and Rhoads have it made in the shade.

I truly dont believe CPR would ever leave.... He is from here and OBVIOUSLY loves being here. It would have to be one hell of a job for him to leave here... but I think if he keeps it up and is successful for years to come he wont leave, seems to sorta be a dream job for him

I reallty like PR, but it will take multiple seasons to prove he's ready for another job. By then, hopefully we can step up to the plate to keep him.

This was the consensus about Chizik, that his family would make him stay. Now the consensus is Chizik was "going to jump at the first opportunity." :biglaugh:

I just hope JP is ready to pop out the check book.

Why are we even talking about this? Its season one and yes, he has had a good season, but its far from perfect and he has a lot to prove yet.

Sanderson is a kid and will eventually regret his decision when things don't work at PSU, also DO NOT compare Rhoads to the Chiz, they are two totally different people.
