I will help anyone. First thing I’d do is start a foundation. In no way would I let my greedy in-laws get any though. I’ve helped them time after time, the one time they could help me, they refused so I’ve said no to helping them with anything. They are the type that think a time share is a great thing.

My in-laws are people. They do what people are prone to do. If I gave a share to my wife’s brothers or my siblings it‘s likely to not turn out any different than the share to Uncle Sam. I would fully expect more than one to squander their share. Whether they put the money in circulation or I do what difference does it make. My brother has a time share.

The issue is you could then look up the members of the LLC. It would eliminate the casual people, but if people wanted to they could get the LLC paperwork and go from there.

Every state has different rules on claiming. Iowa doesn’t not allow for privacy in the claim process.
