SoFI is definitely on the expensive end. Other recent stadiums have been in more the 1-2 billion range.
If you did a retrofit of JTS with a roof (retractable or otherwise), you're at minimum probably looking at an almost total rebuild- bringing down the upper decks and press box, adding concourses, etc.
