What's your favorite hot sauce?

I love the flavor of Tobasco Green but it lacks in hotness.

I love a good hot sauce, and I use it for lots and lots of applications. But it has to be more than just heat. It's got to bring some flavor to the table.
I'm a big fan of Cholula's products, specifically their chipotle and chili garlic varieties.
And the original Huy Fong Sriracha is a staple for certain dishes.
I also really like Trader Joe's Green Dragon sauce, which is basically just pureed jalapeno and garlic.
And throw in some Mike's Hot honey, for good measure.

I know that there are plenty of other options that have their fans, but those are the ones I keep.

What kind of hot sauces are in your fridge/pantry?

Go to HyVee or Whole foods and get this: https://www.yellowbirdfoods.com/products/classic-blue-agave-sriracha.

It's perfect for eggs and meats.

Buy them all… You won’t be disappointed. I really mean it.. buy everything!
There's a bunch of stories on the web, but back in the day the Melinda's brand stole the recipe from Marie Sharp, who was a habanero farmer (Melinda family farm). She eventually went off on her own under her name brand.

Good to know that I’m not the only one who uses hot sauce on cottage cheese.

I've always wanted to try the Hot Ones sauces.
It is a lot of fun, but obviously very hot. I bought one of the season lineups (season 16 i think). My brother in law bought later season. Their los calientes verde is really good. Last dab has decent flavor. Da bomb truly is terrible. Tastes bad and it hits you all over. Last dab tends to stay put. Its very hot where it touches, but the heat doesnt travel around like some others.

Most people could probably pretty easily handle the 1st 7 sauces.

I've had Da bomb. I guess I meant I wanted to try their sauces that they make.

Valentina’s
Their regular, not extra hot. Used to be all over grocery stores for $1.29/bottle. Now it’s almost impossible to find. My whole family is hooked and we usually end up buying it off Amazon for $4-$5/bottle.

Depends on what I'm making with it. I use Tapatio when I'm making my breakfast burritos (I just dump some in with the eggs, bacon, cheese, onion and peppers and stir it all up). I'll put Tobasco on scrambled eggs sometimes. Any variety of El Yucateco for when I make tacos. Frank's for buffalo wings or most other barbecue-related recipes that call for hot sauce.
