Iowa likes to really test their team in the early season to find out what they are made. Their non-con makes the conference schedule look easy . . . . . or not. I will say, they have a good chance at losing their next four games.

That doesn’t apply when the last couple days made up 1/3 of the season so far, including easy wins against ranked teams. Wild swings in polls in games 5-6 happen plenty.
I heard that Jamie has reserved a few seats behind the Hok bench for Nick Kron and friends for the Hok game next month. I understand those guys are huge fans of Jay Bowe. Jay might wind up leaving something other than his shoes on the court this time.
I'm not the one who brought up p5, but the fact remains they aren't In power anything. When Memphis gets into conference play their NET is going to take a crap every other week win or lose because they will be playing mostly weak competition.
We all knew what they meant. They are not high major. Shine will be tarnished weekly when they start play their (mostly meh-crap) conference foes.
Lol, I laugh at people that think our quality of play is determined by what we are ranked.

At 6-0, and easily defeating two top 25 teams, ISU should probably be in the 15-16th ranked range. But, I’ll guess 22nd For whatever reason.
Yeah it's really hard to move up...people are very reluctant. However if you start near the top it seems like you get every benefit of the doubt.
Or our fan support. Baylor won a natty but we put more butts in seats so take that!

You nailed it.
It looks like we deserve #15ish right now, but I'm strangely OK with a lower # (like the #22 I expect), just because it makes sense to me if they wanted to hesitate a little in light of last season.
