Chicago burbs
So as I see it here was the summary for the weekend visitors

Forbes - signed with good guys
A Jackson (OL)- no word good or bad but possible lean to Neb or Iowa
Campbell - MSU commit
Powell - picked up offer from Stanford
Castillo - stuck with Mizzou commit
Allan - visited - most think will take the Michigan offer
Montgomery and Killans - still considered in the mix....no movement
C Jackson (WR) - no word
Baily Boys - did they visit or not? any word
Wells - is he the backup plan for Allan
Catalina - can we hold on to him and when will we really know

What else am I missing? what are everyone's thoughts on where we stand and how the weekend looks so far? What positions do you think we take to finalize this class?

Catalina is an interesting case. I know the rules are different with grad transfers, but when is the date when his mind needs to be made up and cannot change?

I thought I saw they were coming this next weekend....

Jaquan visited due to snow storms cancelling his Va Yech visit. Will head there next weekend while Josh comes here.

Looking for Coach Campbell to have a few surprises for us on signing day. It just seems like his MO.

I agree but based on the register we have 21 commits....leaves room for 4-6?

Baily Boys - 2 (maybe only one if Cocharan commits)
RB- 1
WR - 1?
TE - 1 or 2?
OL - Ajackson and Powell would be too good to pass up .....think they are both doubtful

Just read a DMR story stating we have 22 known commitments. Somewhere, in the back of my head, I have a niggling recollection that up to three December signees can be applied to the previous class. If that's so -- we had six signees last month -- we've got 19 commitments for the 2016 class. Six slots remain open?

Per Alex Halsted
Adrian Killins: "Nothing was a dull moment. I was playing Coach Campbell in Madden. It was a good game up until the end. He beat me."

Every year it seems like the last two weeks dry up in terms of know verbals. I think the kids may make up their minds, but since it is so close to signing day they like to wait and have the drama of a signing day reveal. My guess is we won't know much about the kids left until signing day unless they give coaches a heads up that says plan on me or don't, but I don't want it revealed until I announce. Those cases usually show up around here as CW posting I am not expecting such and such or in the favorable I am hear good things about our chances with xxx and then we find out officially on signing day.

Alaric Jackson is no longer sure if he is going to visit Nebraska this week. Not going to visit Michigan State either. Sounds like he will be a Hawk.

Wonder if that means Farniok ends up somewhere else or if they've decided to try and make room for both. Had heard they only had room for one.

Rumblings that Iowa will get both Farniok and Jackson. Supposedly there is another recruit who may not qualify, opening up a spot to take both tackles.
