I've rehashed this a thousand times over the Summer so I'm not going to revisit it.
Bottom line...you will lose by at least 2 scores in Ames.

no. you have beat nobody. smoked by Iowa. lost to Kstate who looked like a jv team last night vs tech. Kstate's 3 wins: cyclones, umass, tennessee tech.
now I'm not saying you played bad last night, very much the opposite. but really, all of the sudden there's going to be a 50 point swing from last year?

Circumstances are completely different. Unless a guy beloved by the team suddenly quits on Friday, Austen deals with a throwing arm that he can barely lift, and the coaching staff fails to rally the team against the adversity......
Are you not realizing that it wasn't your overwhelming talent that made all the difference last year? You're still Baylor.
I'm not saying we are going to blow Baylor out. We lost 38-10 on the road last year, in a game that RG had 21 of your 38 points. Our defense is better this year and shouldn't give up that many points again to Baylor.

What apologies? Real tailgaters don't care. Iowa State says we have some of the best tailgating in the nation, we have some of the best in the Midwest. It could be zero degrees next week in October, it could be snow, fleet, hail. Idgaf. I'll be there no matter. I'd also LOVE to have a snow game this year. I'd love to see those baby bears come up and play in OUR weather and watch 'em lose like you see south teams do in lambeau late in the year. No clue what a score could be at this point, but we will beat baylor.

I just realized the only reason Baylor fans hang out here is because they have nobody else to talk smack too. Enjoy the next few days, as it will be 3 years before you get to talk smack again, and then only for a few days once again!

Yeah, and potentially losing to the worst team in the South after smack talking them all week would really suck.
briles has a pretty good freshman qb in florence. we neat to put the heat on him early and shake his confidence.
they have a couple of speed merchants in their receiving troopers. our dbacks need to shut them down.they were prettt good in their goal line stands against the okies.bradford did not start clicking until the second half. i was surprised that baylor made them kick three field goals.
wally better shut them down with his defense. bolt sure did not do it last year......it is time for win no. 4 and prepare for some upsets for the rest of the season.
this current team has the ability to upset the fuskers.GO CYCLONES.
