I really thought we would pull the KU game out, but we are getting closer. Baylor at home, Homecoming. It's our time. And for me, third time is the charm!
Iowa State 35
Baylor 17

After todays game you would think we may win big. But I'm still thinkin a win. But maybe a 28-24 win.

We had better beat Baylor. Two losses like these two tacked on to Baylor winning in our house may actually get me to to take my life.

I think everyone feels we have a great chance for a Win. The Baylor game is one of the reasons I am proud to be a Cyclone...We lose two back to back heartbreakers and we'll still show up 45,000 strong this weekend. Go State!

I just hope that we dont find new ways to lose this one like the last two. I do not think I can handle another close should of

We can beat baylor??? I'll amend that statement...WE WILL beat baylor!!!!

And I'll also say that WE should have beaten lucky azz kansas toooo!!!!!

ISU 35
baylor 13

and remember buy football tickets and get off your duff and cheer you lungs out!!!!!!!!!!!

Mark this down Ketel... I agreed with you two time this last week...

Iowa State can win this one by 10 to 14 if we are on "our" game.

If we aren't... Dog fight

BINGO - need to play to our level, not the competition.
What we saw yesterday is there is almost no need to punt the ball away when the O gets things going.
As for the D - I hope they are already in practice mode.

I just hope that we dont find new ways to lose this one like the last two. I do not think I can handle another close should of

This has been going on since I attended ISU. I started in 1995. So my personal history with losses begins by losing the first OT game in NCAA history. Somehow I get the feeling ISU can always invent ways to lose, we are too much like the Cubs.

Can we beat Baylor, yes. Should we beat Baylor, yes. Will we beat Baylor, probably.

I hope so...they're not very good. Their hopes of being a good/decent team when down the drain with Griffins(sp) injury.

With apologies to all of the die hard tailgaters, I'm hoping for 28 degrees, 20mph wind out of the north, and 10 degree wind chill. Just nasty enough that the boys from Texas will wish they were home, but not so nasty that we can't run our offense.

It'll definitely be a closer game than it would've been with all the injuries we have. You guys definitely have a legitimate shot.

Got news for you...Baylor was going down with or without your injuries. Don't come over here acting like you would've wiped us at our house if you had RG.
