Madi Hawk too.I’m REALLY bummed about Walker. She would have been a great get.
Earlier today, Goryanova posted pics from an official visit to Baylor.Recent visits:
Goryanova visited Texas A&M and MSU within the past couple of weeks per her instagram. Rest of top 8: ISU, Louisville, WVU, Cal, Auburn, Baylor.
Prince visited ISU this past weekend of course. Again, she keeps a low profile on social media so there's not much out there. I can't find any references to other recent visits. Rest of top 11: Nebraska, Creighton, Iowa, Indiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, UNC, Baylor, USC, Louisville.
I read where Prince’s mom has said that she has reduced her list from 11, but she is not going to announce her smaller list. I think it is a great sign that she visited this past weekend. She would be a great addition to the program.Recent visits:

Let me guess her top three are Baylor, UNC, and us.Here is the article about Prince.
"Ann Prince said her daughter had cut down that list even more but won’t go into any more specifics until planning to sign in early November."

I don't know where you got your information, but as of last year, the Big 10 was ranked 5th among conferences for women's basketball by at least one site while the Big 12 was ranked third. No way to really speculate except to say that Iowa is out since they are roster full. Maybe speculate on the not real aspect of the eleven as meaning Huskers and Creighton are out but keep on list so as not to make waves in home state.
Not really feeling bad about our chances considering the opportunity at PG and the close to home factor. Downside is Big 12 is not looking as strong as Big Ten, at least in the short term. Things go in cycles but the Big Ten is much stronger right now and looks poised to keep that up, at least at the top tier.

Big Ten is like the SEC in football. Top heavy and a steep drop off.Top to bottom on average depending on how you want to grade, maybe. Looking at the top five or six teams in each league and the Big Ten was clearly better at the top third. End of 2023 the Big Ten had three teams in the Top 10, two in the top four. The only ranked teams in the Big 12 were Oklahoma at #14 and Texas at #15 and they are leaving for the SEC. They were the only ranked Big 12 teams. Early season it might only be Texas ranked, maybe Baylor and KSU. Some procrastinators seem high on Baylor, guess it's based on peeps that sat out last year. Also maybe a one year shot for KSU with Lee back.
Big Ten is losing no one and adding USC and UCLA. Both leagues may get watered down a little by numbers but the top of the Big Ten will be stronger. I am not totally sold on recent success of Utah and CO as anything close to Texas and Sooners replacements (at least historically for OU).

I’m wondering a wee bit about what’s happening with this recruiting class. We only have one to flight recruit, two total. After having such great success last year I was hoping for more and yet here we are on the eve of signing and there are lots of holes and the top recruits are headed elsewhere.

Would have been nice to land a top tier guard but not too surprised after adding SEVEN players this year that are eligible for 2024. If everyone stays we will have 14 players which doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room for the transfer recruiting season or for playing time. Seems light on top guards but that's the way the class(s) were built. Given things these days, someone is likely to leave (transfer or not take a super-senior year) but we still have a pretty full roster.
