Have never done it, but it looks like they lowered the swim to 400m which is fine by me. Only tri i have done is the cornman in gladbrook.

Started training four weeks ago and had to quit. It will be 13 weeks Saturday since my back surgery so I might be walking a portion of it but I'll finish.

There is nothing about Warrior Dash which requires someone to be physically fit. I've ran the Warrior Dash, Mad Mudder, and Tough Mudder. You don't compete in any of these events, you participate. I viewed the obstacles as entertainment since they didn't begin to border on challenging.

However, if you want to do it, do it.
