I'm still watching for the same reason I will watch this season of TWD... I'm not a quitter

The whole zombie craze has definitely run its course. I would probably get back into TWD if they started to wrap the show up. I stopped watching a while back, shortly after Neegan came into the picture. Too many commercials, too many empty episodes.
Should I start watching again?
I threw in the towel episode 5 on FTWD. There were no characters I liked.

Thread bump here, but is anyone else still watching "Fear the "Walking Dead"?
I have the last three episodes saved on DVR, but I think I might have to throw in the towel and give up on it. I have those episodes saved because I just don't have the interest anymore in still watching the show, which is really too bad because I started from the beginning and was a big fan and sometimes defender of it.
Madison Clark could be a frustrating character at times, but I really think killing her off earlier this season was a bad, bad move. Alicia is a good character in her own right, but having her as the only surviving character from the main family from the first season has really turned it into a different show, and one not nearly as good, despite the crossover of Morgan and some other good new characters. The introduction of some old, dirty, tattooed woman as a formidable villain has really taken it off the rails, and I just can't do it anymore.
God, I HATE Scott Gimple. Not just for his decisions, but even when he is on Talking Dead he just seems like such a little beyotch.I havent picked it back up since before the midseason finale.
I loved ftwd last season, but ******* scott gimple moved over to this show, they shoehorned in Morgan's ****** character with a time-jump, and then killed off most of the original characters. Its everything i hate about where the original series had headed now.

He's such a ******* dweeb. Another thing that drove me crazy about him was how stupid he was whenever he refused to give any upcoming plot points. I mean, other people do it too bu he had a really annoying way about it.He seems to think all his work is just so profound the audience doesn't get it.
The sad thing is before he became showrunner he had been the writer for a few of the best TWD episodes. He should go back to that, and leave the bigger picture to someone else. He's such a ******* dweeb. I like the addition of Al. You know there would be someone that would want to document what was happening.Out of the new characters, Al is probably the best with some potential for some good background story reveals. John and June are okay, but are not adding much more lately other than a love story after a promising start. The wheelchair guy and the other lady are forgettable. The girl who killed Nick still has zero character development and Jimbo's Beerbos guy was thankfully put out of his misery.
I think there's also more interesting aspects to Al's backstory. Like how she ended up with that SWAT van and if she really was a reporter before the zombie apocalypse. I get a feeling that her backstory will be darker than many would expect.I like the addition of Al. You know there would be someone that would want to document what was happening.
I was really hoping the gator was going to grab the girl and we would be rid of her.
We know she has already met some folks from Alexandria...I think there's also more interesting aspects to Al's backstory. Like how she ended up with that SWAT van and if she really was a reporter before the zombie apocalypse. I get a feeling that her backstory will be darker than many would expect.
Well, actually before they made it to Alexandria. We know she has already met some folks from Alexandria...
Agreed. I hated most of the characters in FTWD. I gave it a full season, then quit.
What does that mean?Well, actually before they made it to Alexandria.
In fact, before they left Texas: one of her tapes was labeled "ABE/doctor".![]()
