My point is that there are 10 NFL QBs making over $25 million, but it's only Cousins contract they talk about over and over.

Cousins isn't a bad QB when the o-line plays well. They did a pretty good job today. The Taints wanted to pressure him and make him "skiddish" but the line held up.

He didn't play overly well during regulation (he also wasn't asked much with the running game destroying the Saints early on), but he went full game-winning drive mode in OT when it counted most.

I gotta give some big thanks for Payton and Co. for their late-game clock management, too. Largely ran themselves out of time to score a TD.

The knock on Cousins is that he racks up
stats in meaningless moments and wilts when it matters.

This was 100% the opposite of that
