Yes. Sitting good. He loves Prohm.Anybody know if we are in a good spot with Sallis?
I wouldn’t go as far to say ISU is the favorite, but I think they are definitely in the running. ISU was one of his first power five offers.Anybody know if we are in a good spot with Sallis?
This article seems to indicate ISU is the favorite: https://us.blastingnews.com/sports/...sallis-from-joining-iowa-state-003078909.html
Iowa is the favorite to land the shooting guard but Nebraska has recently been stepping up its efforts to put themselves in the conversation.
Iowa favorites to land Hunter
Iowa has been recruiting Hunter for two years now, and has even forged strong relationships with his family.

I never said they were connected. If a really good recruit is considering a school and sees that in the same class someone highly rated committed, it can sometimes have a very positive influence on the one still considering their options. How are Tyrese and Sallis connected?
Seems like quality content.
Name: Tyrese Hunter
New Ranking: No. 56
Old Ranking: No. 112
College Commitment: Iowa State
A fast point guard with significant athletic gifts, Hunter has shown well for himself in recent months. One of the biggest things that Hunter has done is improved on his outside shot. Because Hunter is on the smaller side, around 6-feet tall, becoming a good outside shooter was a major growth area at this time last year. Now, Hunter has made those strides and is a reliable shooter who is someone that can get it going in a hurry.
While Hunter is a bit of an attack first player as opposed to being a true set up point guard, he is more than willing to help others get better. He can score going to the rim or from deep, and then has the quickness and floor vision to get into the paint and make others better as well.
Add in that Hunter is a competitive kid with a lot of toughness, and there is reason to bet on his long term production, and thus he made a major jump in the rankings.
I hate to disagree, because I think he by and large does pretty good. But Terrence Lewis, Zion Griffin, and Jakolby Long were unmitigated disasters for his program. We'll see if essentially whiffing on the entire '19 class bites him in the ass in the next couple years. Hopefully he's learned from those mistakes.Hunter, Joplin, Sallis and McGowens on that list of 10 with ISU offers. Steve evaluates well.
