Don't get me wrong, I love Hoiberg. But one of his strong points as a coach is drawing up plays, and he needs to take advantage of his strong points in close games down the stretch.
In my opinion we are at our best on the move when we spread the court penetrate and kick to shooters. Calling a timeout would make us stagnant and allow defense to get set up better. I would agree that at times we make poor decisions that can lead to someone to question it after the fact, but its still not in our best interest.
