AA best year was as a soph. Must be the system.
He also had R.J. Sumrall to throw to that year, who would look like Randy Moss on our current team.

But anyways I still think Tiller should start next week.
Uh, yes he did. He didn't throw for hardly any yards. Actually, he hardly scored points. We only got those because of the fak FG. Sure he lead us on some drives but most of those were through the running game. He took too many sacks. I can't even believe this is a discussion to be honest. Against the worst team we have played all year he wasn't as good as Arnaud.
Tiller did a good job. The drives stalled because of penalties not because of anything Tiller did. The sacks were because of poor blocking, not recognizing the blitz, and IMO, too long of routs. Tiller has work to do there is no question about that. That said, Tiller is playing at the same level as AA who is a 5th year senior. Tiller is doing just as good and has the chance to get better. AA seems to have reached his potential. Tiller puts us in the same situation as AA does, but Tiller can grow and develop with more experience. Being a 5th year senior, what you see now is all there is with AA. I say start Tiller he has a lot more upside.
Tiller's playing at the same level? UNI was BY FAR the worst defense we've seen this year, and we scored a whopping 13 points. Tiller is NOT on the same level as AA. Drives stall no matter who the quarterback is when we have stupid penalties every single drive.
AA would have gone out and thrown a couple of picks. He went out on his first drive and threw it way over the recievers head and almost got it picked off. I say Tiller is better because of the turn overs. I would like to see him start next week because I want to see how he does against a "better" team. AA has had his shot, now give Tiller a shot.
I'm sorry that you cant see past AA, but Tiller did better than AA has done all season (which isnt saying much). AA seems to get worked up to easily, Tiller seems to not get as worked up. Also I didnt see any throws of Tillers that went 20 feet above anyones head.
Oh also, when did I say he threw a turnover against KS? I just think he played horribly.
Also I didnt see any throws of Tillers that went 20 feet above anyones head.
Really? Remember that little screen pass to ARob that was about 10 yards off target? How about him overthrowing Darks on the east sideline? How about on the roll to the right overthrowing SJ by forever? Also I didnt see any throws of Tillers that went 20 feet above anyones head.

We don't have an "answer". If we did, he'd be on the field. The coaching staff just has to put together gameplans that give us a chance in the meantime.
Exactly. Neither one is the optimal solution. But if the question is Arnaud or Tiller.. the answer is undoubtedly Arnaud. I wish that werent true and that we had a better option in Tiller, but we dont.
