That's just a serial number to track your specific pass I believe. It doesn't refer to any specific spot or anything important pertaining to parking.

Unless you're in a suite (S1), club (S7) or uber high roller (85E/S3) lot, it means nothing. Those lots have reserved spaces that correspond to the number on the pass.

For the other lots, it's just an arbitrary number.

Depends when they said they'd have them available on there (i know i have some listed as not arriving for a couple weeks, just in case they were later this year) , and how prompt they are with getting them to fedex. Once they go to fedex, shouldnt take too long to get them out to you.
