Ticket Rumor, Roll Call.....

So i got a complaint as well.. Last year we shared tickets and parking pass with some friends, in there name. Long story short they just didnt want to spend the money on Season tickets this year. So we took over the account because we wanted to continue with them. We liked the seats and wanted to keep them. So we went through the proper steps to get everything over into our name.. Payed for tickets, parking pass, and donation.. We just had G7 and actually liked it.. wasnt a bad walk and easy to get out of, so we put in for G7 again..

Fast fwd to this week.. Got tickets in the mail, and no parking pass.. So I called. Here is what happened. When we originally sent in our info/payment they put our cyclone club donatation in the old couples name, instead of ours.(this was april) we kept getting a bill for a cc donation, so i called and found this out. They switched it over to us in May. which I found out yesterday was after the deadline for ordering parking pass's... They lady i talked to yesterday made it sound like I was screwed, but was going to talk to her supervisor or something...

I can understand the mixup but since it wasnt my fault i feel like I should really make a stink..FYI they havnt refunded the parking pass amount to my Credit Card...Which I dont want them too... I want them to make it right... Ugghh.. what would you do??
 
With no fans in the stands...ISU is/was a family friendly environment. Next year...can't take the kids. Year after...can't take the wife. Year after that ... go to one or two games. Year after that ...buy bigger TV. Hope all the people that can afford tix will cheer as loud as I do, stay in stands when its cold and snowing and buy hot dogs not cavier. Like the pros, they squeezing out those of us working guys with a family...

I wouldn't say that. I think that the NCC thought the were, but they did an absolutey horrible job of communicating to the general fan base about demand for parking with a paved lot being deleted. I know many people who would have upped thier contribution amounts to stay in the lot they were in. Now all they have done is **** a bunch of people off, when they could have set expectations ahead of time.

I'm not personally up set because my spot is secure, howevery all of our friends that tailgate with us got moved to G7.
Just could have been better communication from the NCC in my opinion.
 
I'm ALL OUT! Got mine yesterday in Des Moines. As others have stated, I'm not happy about getting move from my parking lot. Talked to ISU Foundation today to see what we could do. Nothing. Was told that next year all pavement will be Cardinal ($500) and up. Could barely afford two tickets and parking pass this year. Family had to do a staycation and played no golf all summer to make payments. I'm glad we have a better tv package, because it may be the only way to see the Clones in the future. By the way, considering selling tickets and parking pass if there is interest out there. We are going to Tulsa game, but after that if I get enough $...Section C Row 1 Seats 3&4, parking pass A1.

Unfortunately for you (fortunately for the program) this is called progress.

I'm surprised they let you transfer the tickets and points. I thought that wasn't allowed. But if they did then yes, I would be upset about the parking pass.
