It's strange to think Hoiberg's legacy depends on how well Prohm does.

Prohm wins = Fred started the resurrection.
Prohm loses = Fred deserted us.

Any fan of any era should absolutely love Prohm for what he does with Alumni Weekend. He has embraced deeply and fully the heritage of the program.

I know several older fans who don't follow recruiting, etc and honestly, CSP never stood a chance with those guys. He got zero praise for coming in a moving things forward yet these same guys railed on him for having an incomplete roster. I've tried having rational conversations with these people and your just not going to change their minds. Sadly, they would rather see Prohm fail just to say "I told you so".

Prohm should be a P5 assistant coach, who is great at recruiting, dude should have never been offered a P5 head coaching Position.

If he does not make it to the dance, time to fire him and start over. Otherwise we will be have years of mediocrity and then end up losing the basketball Brand, that Fred rebuilt with great difficulty.

I just can't believe all the Prohm haters. Even with the refs wanting KSU to win all game long, he still coached us to the point we had the game won. The players were giving a half a$$ effort all game long except for Halliburton and Conditt.

Is it Prohm's fault nobody can hit a wide open 3 all game? Is it his fault we can't make FT's in the clutch? Is it his fault nobody even tried to stop Brown on his game winning drive?

I swear this time of year everyone always throws Prohm under the bus, and then by the end of the year they are praising him.

Agreed. Get dominated on the glass and just wildly inconsistent overall. Never know what you will get game to game. Just hope we can stumble into the tourney like Morgan did. We will win a couple on the road we shouldn’t and will lose at home again.
