I had to guard Jamaal Tinsley in another game and I think he did every "street-ball" trick in the book on me and they all worked.![]()
Haha nope sorry...but closer  he he well not really...
I killed a guy....
I was the guy who got Brian Bosworth His hot dogs when they blowing ISU out at halftime of the game in Ames.
I was on the sidelines and he and some other players realized I was staring at them like a puppy and he told me he would give me his game pads if I went and got them some hot dogs. When he came back out after halftime he and some other players had there shoulder pads off. I got them there hot dogs and still have the game used pads at my parents house. It made the papers the next day and Barry Switzer publicly appologized to our fans and coaches. I guess he did not know one of our fans (me) got the hot dogs.
Dang, I thought Klay Edwards had the record.Played basketball. My record for number of teammates will never be broken, or as my friend Jon Bon Jovi would say "I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all."
We used to work alot of the football players quite a bit in basketball. JJ Moses would shoot every time he gets the ball and rarely came close to the basket.
There are some funny, smart, passionate people out there, and after reading TheCity's thread AGAIN, maybe this would give our football recruiting coordinator Aclone a chance to say he talks to potential recruits!!!!!!! Just kidding Aclone.
.
What exactly does DB Ev Cochran need a spotter for? Sit closer.
We just want one. Nothing that would identify yourself. Just a connection that you feel fond of, that might be unique among the rest of us. Thanks
Recruited for Single Wing football at ISU a long time ago, funny how SPINAL TAPS take out your football playing days. Graduated finally in 1971. Started going to ISU games in mid 50's, hooked ever since.
Knew all the coaches of every sport back then as they all charged gas at the gas station I worked at during ISU days.
Met Shirley Majors many times when he visited his famous son, Johnny Majors.
Knew Frank Spedding, the famous atomic scientist of the Manhattan project.
Made the mistake of taking our wives to the last ISU victory BIG Eight title game in KC and to the first ISU Big 12 title in KC. Now they expect similar results every yr. Wish it were so.
Been to Shreveport and Phoenix for ISU Bowl victories and to Houston for the loss.
Helped celebrate ruining Norm Stewart's birthday in ISU victory in Columbia bus trip.
I love ISU as much as I hate the overbearing Aholes from the east. I am just more vocal about hating the hackeyes. Never seen a good hackeye crawl out of the outhouse pit they originate from.
Go State & don't be late:yes: to the game
